Investigative Committee of Russia has established evidence of the use of Tochka-U tactical missiles against the population of Donbass by the armed forces of Ukraine. This has been announced by the department’s spokeswoman, Svetlana Petrenko.

Was this before or after Russia's assaination campaign in the region?

Ukraine is pretty much lost. The US will put no national will, or even a talking point, to help here. Russia making a huge power push since rise of Trump.

I know. I know. That's such an outdated world view. This is the new hide behind our borders, build walls, and who cares about the others America.
