This isn't the first time for bathroom related shenanigans at that college.

Seriously, a college named "Brown University" should probably avoid anything silly about toilets and bathrooms.

I remember that college didn't even provide soap in the dorm bathrooms. Every bathroom in the world except college ones have soap -- and nowadays hand sanitizers -- in the bathrooms so people can wash their hands after taking a shit. Does brown university put soap -- a real necessity for all -- in the residential lavatories?
