Was looking at foreclosure in Westlake:

Several of the other loans around it are similar:
1. Many had loans from US bank in 2006 timeframe (cashouts) for ~ $650-$680K. Why same bank cluster?
2. Timing for the new foreclosure listings are very similar.
Is it a good time to buy a new home?
