well, style actually. The plan itself needs some work, why put the W&D all the way across the house from the bedrooms??
If you're going to have flat roofs you need to have roof decks, too, so I'd put the master on a 2nd floor.
I'd tilt one roof to get better solar insolation for the rooftop PV, too.
Not a big fan of fake stone, or structural stonework for that matter, so I'd need some other material for the facade.
But the windows and siding is nice.
