By "finally" do you mean this is the last time?
Turtledove made a funny.
What if there was a woman out there that was worthy of your love ?
Lol. Just kidding.
There is no assurance that either spouses or children will do anything to help you in old age. A lot of old age divorce starts when one partner decides they don't want to tolerate or care for the other in old age. A lot of children would just as soon croak their parents for their assets.
There's that thing that most women initiate divorce, either because they are done with the male or they think they can get the assets from the male that they married him for in the first place, or their children are reasonably grown for them not to be dependent any more.
Women also change a lot. The young, sweet, caring woman flowing with estrogen when she is young can turn into a crazed, mean psycho wombat during menopause and basically stay that way.
Here it is ... for a loser middle classer, he gets married and ends up with a nagging b*tch or perhaps, just a depressed bozo, with the hope that during his golden years, he'll have companionship and some hospice care.
A guy who's basically independently wealthy, however, sets up the hospice service medical contract so that when he hits 68, a nursing assistant will continually provide him with care. That's now contractually fulfilled. He doesn't have to ponder upon it, for the years he's still young.
Between 35 and 68, instead of wasting his youth, hoping and praying to meet up with that someone special, who'll take care of him in his old age, he's banging hoes left and right, while writing the great American novel, studying advanced organo-metallic chemistry, and doing triathlons. Do you see the difference?
Aren't you guys being a little sexist here? You guys are just assuming women are just sex machines who want to take you for all your money. Women can make money too.
Here is an example:
3 months ago I rented one of my condos to a pretty lady. Who was she??? A lead attorney for a Fortune 500 company. Her income $1 million. Lived in a multi million dollar home. Extremely intelligent, fair and decent. So why would she want to live in a little condo? It was a divorce situation. Her husband did not do anything, and the law allowed him to stay in the multi million dollar home.
My point is....what applies to a man, also applies to a woman.
Those whores will be of no help when you are old, sick, need companionship, and when you can't get it up any more
We do have a 50% divorce rates and the true whores take half of everything you earned and then some and leave you high and dry, while banging some young dude-in what used to be your house.
Rin,
Sure. You can be honest about it. Do whatever makes you happy. Why do you care about what others have to say? Marriage is not for everyone as boning hoes is not for everyone. Keep boning. :o)
Is Patrick going to come up with a rent vs. buy calculator for hookers vs. wives?
Is Patrick going to come up with a rent vs. buy calculator for hookers vs. wives?
Pat needs to come up with a very sophisticated algo for this one.
In rent vs buy for a home/condo, every participant is expected to spend 7x24 in that abode, outside of work. Thus, a home is still a home, regardless of the financing situation.
In this situation, many guys don't want to spend any additional time with a hoe, outside of a bang and some erotic conversation.
And thus, it'll be a boink frequency/experience buy vs rent, vs a 7x24 calendar thing.
Also, we can dispense with these so-called meaningful conversation epochs, as if the average spouse is discussing philosophy or political science. Please, give me a f*cking break! Many conversations between couples involve the bills, the chores, and other mundane daily activities.
Plus, after marriage, how many women want to give a t*tty f*ck, blow job, or a threesome with another gal? Exactly, those opportunities drop asymptotically after marriage.
Can I finally admit that I'd rather fuck whores than date?
Yes. You always could. Duh.
I dunno Rin, for someone who wasn't in a marriage you sure have a lot to say about what goes on in one.
It sounds a bit like the marriage counseling from a Catholic priest.
This thread reminds me of something I saw on Right This Minute yesterday where they were playing a clip from JohnTV where they had a drone getting pics of a 75 year old man banging a 27 year old prostitute in his truck.

Seriously, can't a guy be honest these days?
