Everyone seems to want to see only the silver lining around plummeting oil prices. But as the contrarian might put it, "In front of every silver lining is a black cloud”. So, despite what Federal Reserve officials Stanley Fischer, Vice Chairman, and William C. Dudley, N.Y Fed President are saying, falling oil prices are not necessarily a good thing.
