Case closed, indeed.
The evidence shows that Wilson (police) fired shots at a fleeing Brown (suspect), and that when Brown stopped, turned and raised his arms to surrender, Wilson caught up with Brown and killed him in cold blood, with one of the last shots fired into the top of Brown's skull while he was lying face down on the pavement with his arms along his sides.
That is murder. Wilson should be indicted, tried and convicted.
If you aren't assuming that that the cop was justified in killing Brown, then dodgerfandumb and others here say that's proof that you're a racist.
I'm just sayin.

Well, we know the police lied about when he knew about Brown's robbery or at least couldn't get it straight. And we know it appears that video of Wilson going into the police station did not show he had facial injury. That at least should be investigated.

108 feet from SUV doesn't mean that the shooting distance was 108 feet. I already said why I think this is implausible.
