A killer died after being tasered by police today after they found him CHEWING a woman's face in a hotel room
The use of lethal force was justified. I have no problems with the police's action on this one.
However, aren't tasers supposed to be non-lethal? Isn't the whole point of them to disable a person with pain but not cause permanent damage? I don't think tasers have stun and kill settings, so shouldn't we reclassify them as lethal weapons?
