In south Florida it is easy to see the widening gap forming between the haves and the have nots. Just look at the anemic housing recovery for the poor and middle class compared to the rich.

I don't know how to interperit that, you still can't find a livable single family unit of any size under 100K anywhere in South Florida.

Zillow has my house from a low range of $225K to $275K, that's basically where the market was in 2007. Do they honestly expect every neighborhood to be worth over a million dollars?

As for the poor and middle class not recovering financially, ho do you expect recovery when there hasn't been any noticeable effort to create employment and higher incomes for them.
