Have you ever bought a bag of new balloons and when blowing up the first one you accidentally blow it up too much and it pops? Gosh, that's annoying. So for the next balloon, you are more careful and blow it up just enough to where it won't pop. You then have your party and enjoy yourself. By the time the air slowly seeps out, up to years later depending on how tightly you tied it, you don't even notice. You've had plenty of parties and balloons since then.
