I believe this. I also believe there are paid "libertarian" and Club for Growth types now and again.
Example: "Public sector unions are bankrupting America. Public sector unions are bankrupting America. Public sector unions are bankrupting America."
On some sites, no matter how unrelated to health care or public policy, the level and density of Obamacare-related posts is so high that I have a hard time believing it's not sponsored. It's as if no fact (or lie) about that topic is not worth repeating 20 times.
Bigsby.
Yeah, I'm being paid a fortune by the UK government to point out the stupidity of a Las Vegas conspiracy nut who posts on a US real estate forum and has his own blog that nobody reads. How did you guess?

Sounds like you are employed by Sheinberg & Moskovitz. You might want to contact Milstein-Day-Weisenthal here in the states: their commission formula rewards visibility as well as quantity. For example, if you're in a flame war that lingers in the front page, a multiplier kicks in.
I make a bundle on Zionism and abortion threads from time to time.
Since you bring so little facts to any of our debates, because I have the facts
You're a funny man Gary. Funny in the head.
I have dragged you through the dirt and disgraced your very being, and yet you come back for more.
You have? I must have missed that. You on the other hand are so stupid that you simply fail to see how moronic your posts are. Portable toilets and bottled water was one of your recent efforts, was it not? Oh yes, you're the man with the 'facts', the 'proof', the idiotic drivel.

Gary must be a very rich man by now.
There are paid government and corporate shills and trolls on all websites that have user content. This is exactly why Wikipedia is not at all trustworthy.

People will tolerate anything for a paycheck.
Is that why you put up with posting your idiocy?
I am a man of invariant principle, virtue and logic, but I can be had cheap, where's the payroll sign up?
Bigsby, I have no doubt you are paid. Sue me. Oh, that's right, you are anonymous and can't. You are a prick.
Now, now, Gary, temper, temper. Yes, I'm paid. Just like everyone else on here except for Rentingforhalfthecost. You used to get paid as well, didn't you? By the government until you retired and became consumed by your paranoid delusions. Are they still paying you to embarrass all the other conspiracy nuts out there with your laughable theories? Porta potties and bottled water indeed.
Of course there are. What's even worse is the disinteresting turds that continually engage them
Face it, TROLLS can influence the direction comments take. They can influence people, thus governments, companies, interest groups, etc. engage in this behavior.
Seems hard to believe given the type of forum this is... But, if you had to name the likely candidates on this site, who do you think they are?

Good point. I always assume everything we do online is being watched and recorded. An excellent quote from Ron Paul: "My understanding is that espionage means giving secret or classified information to the enemy. Since Snowden shared information with the American people, his indictment for espionage could reveal (or confirm) that the US Government views you and me as the enemy."
