Company is switching to ACA Care in February!

The small company I work for is switching everyone over to an Affordable Healthcare Gold Plan this February. Curious how many other small companies are doing this... I'm happy since it'll save me $6000 a year in premiums for my wife and child vs. my companies prior expensive cadillac-lite plan offerings.

Blue Shield Gold plan PPO... No deductible. Co-pays range from 15 for meds up to $150 for ER visit. Its still not as good as prior plan... But for half the monthly premium I'll take it!
