About damn time. No constitutional right to live in public spaces.
I don 't agree that homeless people are for eating. An employed person with good muscle mass would be much better.

Actually, good marbling is the key to tastiness, so you probably want one that's been trapped in a fattening-pen ("cubicle") diddling spreadsheets the last 10 years of its life. Fall-off-the-bone delish, and so flavorful.

There's always" low and slow" cooking. Makes the toughest brisket melt in your mouth delicious!
Everyday?
Let me hazard a guess that a non-homeless person would also be thrown in jail for defecating, urinating and dumping in streams, fountains and public places, starting unauthorized fires where they didn't belong, spreading used needles in parks and public places, and engaging in public acts of lewdness/sexual intercourse.
I guess only people with homes should be arrested for those things.
Miami, Florida – As though life weren’t already difficult enough for people who can’t afford regular housing, they could soon find themselves thrown in jail and their possessions confiscated if they’re caught engaging in certain everyday activities in public.
