Everything she is saying is not honesty, it is sales intimidation if not outright BS.
Never use ANY sales agent who stoops to even the slightest suggestion of sales intimidation, attempting to prime you for a sudden leap into real estate space or bidding wars without proper investigation or caution.
Get her in touch with AF. He'd LOVE to make her earn his business.
I heard a statistic today that over 30 percent of all homes sold in Contra Costa County are sold prior to being placed on the MLS. So it is vital you do keep in touch with me since Keller Williams is the number 1 Real Estate Company in the nation."
I heard a statistic that 90% of realtors hear statistics that aren't true. This part is a nice way of trying to get you anxious about the market. The part about Keller Williams is pure cheerleading as well.
She is doing her best to A) motivate you to buy and B) buy with her.
Does she say anything else that is smart? How long has she been working? What are her recent sales? Is she normally a seller agent or buyer agent? Has she done both in one contract/dual representation? How does she feel about when she is in that position? Who are her favorite home inspectors, why?
You should quit looking to purchase yakbrains. U have zero chance at homeownership and should wait to buy at the peak in 3-5 years.

House hater. ;P
I felt she was very straight forward. This is the response I got from her today, what do you think?
"Yes, The week after 4th of July always has increased inventory. What you are missing is the prices are also going up. The market has decided my listing will be selling well over the listed price and several offers already.
The one I’d like to show you, just to compare for in the future is in San Ramon…I’m checking to see if we can see it Sunday either before or after my open house…looking for back up buyers.
Are you available for a few minutes on Sunday? I heard a statistic today that over 30 percent of all homes sold in Contra Costa County are sold prior to being placed on the MLS. So it is vital you do keep in touch with me since Keller Williams is the number 1 Real Estate Company in the nation."
