Fuck. I couldn't watch it because she is so awful. The only news segment I've seen was a stand-up interview from the you-tube news in Pahrump, NV in 2010 or 2011. It was awesome, the woman couldn't pronounce most words, stumbled and nearly fell, and was missing several teeth. She may have been under the influence of a mood-altering substance.
This woman, she needs to be.
oh, and I couldn't grasp the story due to her delivery. I know of one "necessary" surgery - her tongue removal.
She's over-enunciating and over-emphasizing with her voice. She's probably very new at being in front of the camera and is trying too hard failing to realize that you don't have to be as overt on camera as you do on stage theater to convey emotion.
Still, her overacting isn't as bad as Shatner's.
70% of Americans are on at least one prescription drug? Is that right?
I've had exactly one prescription, for vicodin, after a oral surgery (that I didn't take). No wonder I feel like the rest of the world is on something..

nearly everyone has some type of medical condition, whether treated or untreated. imho, of course.
Unnecessary surgery rampant in US
I had a girlfriend once who liked expensive gifts; so I bought her a spinal surgery.

Doctors, IMHO, are no different from anyone else with a hammer.. everything starts to look like a nail.

Sick Care: turning lifestyle diseases into profit centers for Big Pharma (instead of encouraging health) and pathologizing and "treating" normal behaviors.
