Most liberals in city government that create policy that makes it harder for poor blacks to ever escape their predicament. If it's not the socioeconomic issues they have to overcome and the inequality of the Education that their Liberal counterparts who make the laws on their fate, who live in gated communities next to the Good Schools, they also have to tiptoe and tread lightly to navigate a complex minefield of a criminalized web of pit falls everywhere they turn.

While most are just glad that their kids graduate HS and go to college, for them not being in Jail by time they are 21 is an accomplishment.

That being said, the same pitfalls goes for the Latinos and Whites who are poor in an urban environment.

I might add that the thing that goes with this liberal crap is a shut down of thinking which creates this sort "thinking". In other words they think that having a viewpoint about anything is potentially racist therefore it is best not to have a viewpoint. Which is akin to saying I ain't gunna look, I ain't gunna think, and lash out at anyone who does.

Some white people are racist, maybe even a majority are racist to some degree. That's been my experience anyway. I'm mostly white, with 1/8 Delaware to spice up my genetics. My wife is half Thai. Our kids are mutts, but damn they are cute! Seriously, we get so many cute kid comments it's ridiculous.
I don't think I'm personally racist, but I don't care for aspects of certain cultures that are ethnically homogenous. I probably make internal stereotypes like anyone else. But I'm not going to judge people on their skin color.
For instance, the ethnic group I've had the most trouble with are whites, and then Samoans. I've always got on great with blacks and Asians. When I was single I dated a few Latinas. I'm related by marriage to some Filipinos.
This is America. I think we should be defined as shared culture and shared vision instead of shared skin color.

Who cares if somebody is a racist? It is a natural instinct. As long as you don't turn that opinion into an act of violence you should have every liberty to not like another person. Every human discriminates. You picked your partner and rejected all the other choices. You chose your house and discriminated against other neighborhoods. The only time discrimination should matter is if government is doing it. Government should never make laws with regards to race or sex. That includes affirmative action. That includes discrimination based on jealousy, like taxing somebody more because they are rich. Humans are not equal, but government should treat us each as if we are....
