EXCERPT: Hoping to make 2013 a great year for residents, a group of local lawyers says Detroit is a great city to invest in. The group started out as Wayne State University law students who got involved in helping the residents of Detroit. But when they became attorneys, they decided they could really help, establishing a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, known as The 313 Project.
