Although I have offered the substance of this comment in the "Suggestions'" forum, I would like to respectfully repeat it here. Patrick has saved my life and that of my husband over the years, and I am a retired attorney. I had absolutely no knowledge when it came to the genius expertise and caring guidance Patrick has offered to countless people for free in a successful effort to save our homes, hearth, health and sanity - let alone money. His book, "The Housing Trap," as depicted for purchase on Amazon is an outta-the-ballpark winner. I believe in putting my money and/or my support where my mouth is. Please, buy this book (the price is so reasonable along with info/content you can get nowhere else), then post a review (as I did on Amazon); or for God's sake, or for anyone's sake - support him in this review process as others have done as "the man" - for those who know little or nothing about his extraordinary courage, incredible hard work, and superlative credentials in the Real Estate world today. The book is truly a 5-star work of heart. Oh...and by the way, I do not know Patrick in any manner whatsoever! I only know what he has done for us, as a retired married couple, in surviving this housing/rental hell. So, as the song goes..."let's hear it for the man!" Thanks for listening.
