This is a 1632 sq ft 3/2 on .48 acre at the end of a lane. It's private and has a great feel. Built in 1966 and nicely updated, it's got a good floorplan. Bedrooms are a little small and closet space is limited but adequate.I liked the kitchen and the bathrooms are nice. The landscaping is superior, the outbuildings are in good shape, the hardwood floors are beautiful and it has good light throughout. All in all a very nice livable home that is priced appropriately. According to Bill Facendini who is the listing agent it will be held open this coming sunday. If you are looking for a country home this one is well worth a look. There were 7 properties on the brokers tour today, this is the only one I consider both nice and appropriately priced.
