Master and one bedroom on the entry level, common area on the middle level (kitchen, dining area, living area and a half bath) and a bedroom and very large storage area in the eaves (low ceiling), set up as a playroom/office on the top floor.
Over all well cared for and nicely decorated. Owners are an artist and an engineer and it shows. Color schemes, etc all look fabulous. The unit shows very nicely. I was disappointed that the listing said the garage is attached. Well, it is... sort of. However, you have to go outside through the common area, down some stairs and by two other garages to get to this unit's garage. This unit also sits on top of the two other garages. I'm sure there's added noise there. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet are on the small side. There is lots of storage.. under the stairs and a deep linen closet. As well, the garage has very nice storage cabinets, and racks for bikes and skis on the walls.
