1610 sqft. Asking $625k. Open house was supposedly 1-4*AM*, I wondered if that was a ploy to sell the house to the realtor's sister. I went by around 3PM just out of curiosity as I was in the 'hood. No it was just incompetence; there was a lot of traffic I would say, I was in and out in 5 minutes, 2 parties there and 2 more arrived while I was there.

+ High to the ceiling inside
+ It is true they are close to BART. Obviously practical but also I think this will contribute more and more to house value over the years.

-IMO, overpriced at $625k (duh). That said it wouldn't surprise me if they sell, and the buyer won't be in a terrible position with a fixed mortgage paying less than $2500 per month

-Very densly packed, close to other houses and tiny garden.

-Carpets everywhere. Seriously, in the bathroom? I guess that could be fixed
