What a point of view. I thought it was a list of the 'best' countries for binge drinking. Alcohol and nicotine are healthy and should no longer be slandered.

I suppose this is binging behavior. I saw an annual per capita chart that placed Korea and Japan both above Russia and Ireland. I guess public stuporous drunkenness isn't that uncommon in Korea. It seem that only some Cantonese Chinese have the enzyme defect that doesn't allow them to process alcohol.
I knew a Japanese professional guy and he confirmed that there was a lot of alcohol consumption amongst Japanese. They work hard then cut loose, I guess.
