One of the nutritional advices I can vouch for from personal experience. There are some recommendation that aren't just holistic 'scare, then harvest' scams. The problem is finding the ones that work. Organized medicine and government nutrition are often Satanist inversions, so that might be a clue.

There was a woman in my office who was walking everywhere with her eyes glued to a paperback. Like literally everywhere: going to lunch and back, to the bathroom, to and from the parking garage. In that garage I once witnessed her falling down a flight of stairs with a sound which I thougt indicated grave injury or even death, picking herself up, proclaiming "I'm OK!" and just continuing walking still glued to that damn paperback.
I once saw a woman texting while riding a bike. She ran right into a sign pole, fell over, and kept texting. It was amazing.
