Close enough to NYC for commuting?!?. RIGHT.
Also, how much are they asking?

It's done by many.

What else could I do on this forum to provide value to sellers like yourself?
I'm hoping for something beyond the usual one-way ad, where readers merely read by can't reply. It would be great to make listings into a discussion with other sellers, readers, landlords, and tenants.
Premium members can moderate comments on their own listings, so that's one feature.

Mount Pocono bus station in the freezing cold at 5:15 a.m. Monday morning. Certainly, it’s not unusual for families to flee the city for the promise of, as one woman put it, “a country lifestyle,†but to achieve a standard of living with safer neighborhoods and better schools, some commuters wake up around 3 a.m. (for those catching one of the even earlier buses) to catch a two-hour bus, to work eight hours and then get back on the bus for a two- to three-hour return trip — in traffic.
Commute Time and Cost
120 minutes from Mount Pocono to the Port Authority.
One way: $30
20 trips: $247.00
You have to look at what your income and expenses in the city would be versus the country but I agree, life's too short.

The ability to post photos, or at least thumbnails that would open to larger pictures. IMO there's nothing worse than a listing without lots of good photos. Check out this one I found on the South Florida MLS.

It's already possible but not obvious enough. You can click "Include image" when you compose or edit a listing and upload an image. Or if you have a URL to an image, just paste in the URL and the image will automatically get shown.
I did but I think I forgot to click Upload Image before I submitted the comment. But it only allow one image right? I guess I can submit multiple images with new replies to comments.
But it only allow one image right?
It should allow as many images as you want. Let me know if not.
