In a twisted way, I can see how women may think they're cute, and that the property is a must have.
Selling a house this way will be a tough nut to crack. Expect a Rocky road ahead cause you'll be going out on a limb. I rodent do this if I was you.
You'd have to squirrel away a lot of money to afford this one, but I'm nuts about the place.
It really isn't bad. I don't mind it personally. When I went to college, squirrels were running all over campus. They don't bother humans really. It's better than getting raccoons and skunks like around here. Just do not grow anything that they may eat.
I don't mind critters (hence the name Elliemae); but the goal is to sell the house and it simply shows a railing & some bushes. Not the most professional way to sell a house, I'd say.
I'm shell shocked. The photo seems like false advertising: squirrel bait and switch.
Just for the heck of it.
What do you think?
You got them in your yard, they are everywhere. alright.
But do you want to upload picture like that at MLS site?
For me, this pic is a big turn off. I hate that little nasty rodent.
