It's weird that donkeys are spending any time at all on CA voters. The shit is in the bag for them here, so why bother? Is it money they want?
Cell carrier, any social media apps on the phone, google or apple account, any form where you put your real name and that cell number. Unless you're pretty paranoid about your privacy, there's endless sources for them.
Good point. Outside of NSA, the means of accurate data collection are certainly more limited. My phone was purchased using an Ebay account that doesn't tie back to me, paid with a gift card. I've had difficulty using it for 2fa on some sites, guessing because it's not associated with a real person.
