Red states the largest consumers of internet porn. It would seem to me that he may actually be turning off his constituents. However, perhaps he is correct in the porn brain-damage connection.

With Utah being the biggest consumer of internet porn I doubt Romney would dare mention a porn ban.

Santorum says Porn is way more available under Obama than Bush. And that his justice department isn't on it the way Bush's was. I don't see it. Porn has always been easily availabe, and legally as far as I know, on the internet. Wtf is he talking about ?

I didn't believe this, so I did a Google search, and omg, Utah actually is the biggest consumer of porn. Utah. Yeah, Utah.

Makes me wonder what the distribution of gay porn would look like. My guess is that the same state with high porn "consumption" also have a higher rate of gay porn "consumption".

Yeah, that is just silly. He probably has some sort of "justification" like more houses have high-speed internet, therefor porn is more easily accessible. But then again he probably is just talking out of his ass.

Oh, there is plenty to do in Utah. Search the Utah craigslist personals for "garments" (aka - magic underpants).

I think that in a community that is sexually repressive any "adventurousness" has to be explored anonymously and privately as possible. The internet is a great way to get that privacy. While here in California you can be just another run of the mill freak in the freak kingdom; where it is more or less socially acceptable to attend the Folsom Street Fair.

I think there's something to be said for that. I say that even as a guy who grew up in the Midwest. Since people do kinky stuff one way or the other, maybe it's less awkward if it's "out in the open" rather than the "Elephant in the Room" no one talks about.

True believers (mormons) take them seriously, for what they stand for. I make fun of mormonism, but there's something kinda cool about having that level of belief.

At my 20th hs reunion one of the women from my class was discussing why she broke up with her last bf; she saw some offensive images on his computer. I asked what they were and she could barely whisper, "breasts." Seriously. I asked if there was anything else and she said no - but she "turned him in to the bishop" for looking at porn. That's not porn to me, but maybe I'm wierd or something.

Anyway, the guy got placed on double secret probation or something.
