Federal labor regulators are accusing Boeing Co. of illegally retaliating for a 2008 union strike by adding a non-union assembly line in South Carolina for its new 787 passenger jet.
The complaint filed by the National Labor Relations Board said the remedy should include moving the South Carolina assembly work back to Washington state, where it would be under union jurisdiction.

Is this for real? How on earth can the unions via the government tell a company where they can operate? Is it me or does this make absolutely no sense?

Boeing better comply with the federal govt. or else they might lose out to Airbus the next time an Air Force contract is up for bid...

It is simply part of the "fundamental transformation of the United States."

What do you mean ‘is this for real?’…this is what happens when the Dems do whenever they can.

It's those fucking Democrats who created a contract with the govt regarding prevailing wages & such for federal contracts. I say we kill 'em all, start a society run by such intellectual giants as shrek gingrich, rayray, and paratesicles. They're mad as hell (and they're not gonna take it any more).

We'll call it the Troll party, and they can have their conventions under bridges and not let Dems pass overhead.
