Let's test the theory.
Right now:
Dow - 11,682
Nasdaq - 2,693
S&P - 1,270
We'll see where things go and how long they take to get there.

That usually happens right before a correction but after shaking out the weak hands it will go up eventually.

I get concerned when everyone says the market is going up. The assumption seems to be the market is going to be a little or a lot higher next year. When no one is predicting a crash, that's when it most likely comes.
