Holy Shit, it's like 5x louder than Falcon Heavy.

Tomorrow Flight 7 of the Starship.

Second Stage achieved orbit, no booster landing.

Unlike the SpaceX Elite.

Another caught booster! Amazing. The new elongated Upperstage was detonated, however.

Loving the Media Bias reporting, man do they HATE Musk.

No issue with Musk. But the upper stage being detonated is problematic at this point. Landing the booster is great. But if you can't put things in it or people, what's the point. I'd never get in one in its current state even as a trail blazer. Progress is being made, but it can't happen if there's almost an 80% failure rate.

No one is gonna get in the damn thing for years. They need at least 20 more launches to prove it's reliable and won't kill you. There's already a launch vehicle with Falcon. I really don't get the goal? Mars? You'd need 20 of them to launch at the same time with no way back for infrastructure deployment. Live on Mars for 3 years.... sounds great.

I'll eat this later if it happens, but I don't think humans on Mars is happening in any of our lifetimes. The payload of what you need to live off is massive. Like I said probably need 20 starships for 40 people and gear/food/water. Everyone will likely die. I like the ambition, but Musks' goal is just to dump more space junk in the SUV of rockets.

Rockets won't get through near earth orbit at some point as well. They'll hit a bunch of space trash. Not just ours but other countries.

You need double even triple calories unless they bring bad high caloric food for three years, they will need to bring food for 120 people, to feed 40. Then there's the issue of astronauts doing competitive eating for every meal. Either way it doesn't seem human health is up for the challenge.
