That wont matter, he/they could still be prosecuted, the 5th wont protect them from documented facts no matter how tight lipped they are.
Remember every crime has been shielded from any real scrutiny, Judges and Prosecutors has used creative ways to avoid them. Saying they lacked legal standing. So it really depends on who is willing to give those cases legal standing. The establishment knew full well none of their crimes would stand up to even the documented evidence, even if the defendants were absent in the courtroom to defend themselves.
Those facts and discoveries will drag the employees and aides that facilitated those crimes, and will make them accomplices. They weren't pardoned, and need to be removed from DC before the 2028 election.

All of that has been removed, they will be compelled to answer the questions. More over since they are pardoned, they can't plead the 5th, or they can be locked up for contempt. Normally Presidents pardon individuals, they wont touch a member or members of a conspirator group. Because it opens them up to being forthcoming about their non pardoned coconspirators. They'll be fine as long as they stick with pleading the 5th, so they don't normally get pardoned.

These pardons will be disputed on many levels, besides the viability of still prosecuting them. I think there will be serious challenges to pardoning people with a blanket pardon for possible crimes that were six years before he was even President.

He can pardon individuals incarcerated now, or even have an active case going through the system for crimes committed before he was president. But there's no way in hell a sitting President can hand someone a generic non specific "Get Out of Jail Free" card,

Then the nuclear option will be investigating just how brain dead Biden was, and who was actually issuing EOs and releasing press releases that wasn't actually Joe Biden's own cognitive actions.
