Esperion (ESPR). Bempedoic acid is the way to go if you need medication for high bp/ldl. Most don't but it's far more effective than statins and - looks like so far - 1000 times safer. Of course lifestyle changes are always better than drugs, and moderately high cholesterol is not liked to higher mortality (as opposed to low cholesterol).
