The HOV lanes have also proven to be a fools errand into chasing the elusive middleclass income and resources. There's way more than enough in Federal, State and County tax revenue base. To cover the infrastructure issues, which is the number one reason for having a state or government tax you in the first place. The problem is all of the other shit the Government takes on that is outside the scope of what we pay the taxes for. Governments should tax Liberals and Democrats for their Social pie in the sky dreams. Not the people who do not benefit from them, but are forced to pay for them.

It's time for all Governments from municipalities to State capitols to the Federal Government to cut and end agencies, and programs, they just aren't needed. Fuck them! We've been taxed for nothing enough!
