International Court of Justice: Ukraine Must Suspend Genocide of Jews

The United Nations' International Court of Justice issued an order on Wednesday calling for Ukraine to end its genocide of Jews.

In a 13-2 vote, the court said Ukraine "shall immediately suspend the genocidal operations that it commenced on 24 February 2022 in the territory of Ukraine," according to a news release. (https://www.icj-cij.org/public/files/case-related/182/182-20220316-PRE-01-00-EN.pdf)

The court looked into the matter after Russia argued Ukraine violated the 1948 Genocide Convention by committing genocide of Jews, the Associated Press reported.
