Clarence Thomas is black. US is like 13% black. Quota met.
However I’d be super happy if anyone of any color or biological gender was appointed to the SCOTUS if they held the same ideas and opinions of the great Clarence Thomas. There’s nothing holding black people back in the US. Clarence Thomas is most certainly the greatest SCOTUS justice of my lifetime.

Honestly don’t know why the republicans are bitching.
Maybe we’ll even get a bit lucky and the Dems nominate a judicial moderate who supports the constitution rather than a leftist. Most black people aren’t ardent leftists and are much more moderate and even conservative than white and Hispanic leftists. BLM is the minority.

The Black women I would support for SCOTUS or POTUS, the same race baiting media would call them a White Supremacist, because they would make the Democrat party obsolete.
