What kind of state they running? In California, bars must post a specifically worded "nobody under 21" sign at the door, and a single violation will put the establishment's liquor license at risk, plus BARTENDERS are held legally responsible for complying with the law and thus strongly incentivized not to serve alcohol in a room with children. I can only imagine the arrival of a class full of grade school children would make bar owners and staff alike just record scratch and stop everything to remove them at once, however politely.
