It's a mistake to think, difference among Taliban is alian with other cultures. At the end, all are part and parcel of Taliban. None of them ever integrate into any other cultures. In fact they created new army base for future Taliban movements who are immigrate to different lands. Its part of their winning. Historically once muslims reach about 20% two options left for non Muslims, get converted or get killed. Every time people who are in power never understand this fact make a new Islamic country.
