When I went to Malaysia I was really surprised to see that America is about 2 to 5 years behind the Asian tech basin.
When I went there in 2008 the iPhone 3 just came out and Android phones were flip phones like the Moto go by desert naming conventions.
Malaysia had phones I wouldn't see in Florida until about 3 years later. Also the mini split air conditioners, we didn't see here in the US until around 2015.
They had Hotspot services for internet, which Cricket was the first service here in the US, and it didn't come here until over 5 years later. Well it being the first wide consumer marketed one. We had wireless companies selling a hotspot but they made it so cost prohibitive, that hardly anyone subscribed. The thin small and light laptops were in Asia, while we still had the heavy wobbly screen Dell and HP laptops.

But every country in the world was over there representing in the tech companies.

Here is a case against snakaracharya who was opposing the conversion in tamil nadu by converting locals back to hindusim. So they made up a murder charge and put him in Jail for 10yrs.

ok, If someone points out a deficiency you can take it as constructive criticism or as bitching. I dont have any malice so I think I am not bitching. Every country has its own value systems. It is just that American value system affects whole of the planet right now.
As far as me moving back it is an option I have to keep open because there is lot of hindu hatred here in US. In next 10-15 yrs you will see the hatred against hindus in Univ first and next in jobs. Either we have to hide our identity or convert. This hatred is from islamo - communists in the univ. We will be always the others, just like in Africa. 300 indians were killed South africa in recent clashes.

I don't closely follow this thread. In my observation certain communities in India never work or barely work. Poverty never bothers them. No amount of money motives. These communities are getting converted to christianity. Minorities are protected class as per constitution and became vote bank to be on gov free sh*t, also are above criminal justice system.

Understood, I would feel quite comfortable having this conversation with you over a beer, and neither would take what the other said any other way than just banter between friends.
I was in a band with a guy onetime, we were like best friends, and agreed on everything. When we started coordinating and scheduling via email, it went to hell quick. For some reason, he took everything as a flame, a shootdown, a complaint or a gripe. Where before we would just brainstorm and bounce ideas off each other if we were face to face.

I blame email and the lack of face to face communication over the demise of that friendship and music collaboration.

I don't think so, it's not the Hindus it's job displacement. Notice people act and treat the Indian at the corner store different, than they do the Indian on our phone wanting to talk to us about personal information, banking issues, and other sensitive issues that require your SS number.
