I think Adam Smith has it as "land, labor, and capital" where capital is everything created by labor from land.
Financial capital is supposed to represent physical capital, but does not seem to.

The deal the US has with the despots in Saudi Arabia is that the US will keep the mafia Sa'ud Family in power provided they only sell oil in dollars, and "invest" their profits in US treasury bills. That was actually our deal with OPEC for decades really.
Our currency is created by the Fed, in unlimited quantities. You can't easily store $150,000 worth of oil. That's pretty trivial with gold or silver. Having a commodity standard eliminates the middle man, and that's our Federal Reserve.

Because without the Gas Chamber story, Germany rounding up Jews and putting them in interment camps was no different than what America did to Japanese Americans.
So they needed to say they were Gassed in Gas chambers to be able to eradicate the German people. Like they now want to do to Trump supporters. And who is leading the charge the most? It seems to be Jewish politicians.
