I've gone back to normal hygiene 2 months or so. Was hyper active at first about washing hands and touching handles and stuff. Basically wash my hands when I piss and shit and that's about it. And before handling food I'm cooking for someone else including my family. Before I'd hand sanitize after exiting any public establishment. Maybe it helped. Either way, I don't believe I got Covid. We'll find out next week. Doing the active and antibody tests.
