The weird thing: most blacks are depressingly low on the IQ scale, except one group: the Igbo of Nigeria.
The Igbo are so far above other blacks that they are above whites and Asians too. The Igbo seem to be genetically about the smartest people on earth. Would be interesting to compare their test results to those of Jews.
