I think that Trump is the direct result of racism and other assorted idiocy by the left, who elevate race above person's socioeconomic status. If they do not change that, they will get even more grenades that Mary and Joe Blow will throw at political system (quote by Michael Moore).

Conflating Hispanics that are legal American citizens (some for generations) with illegals, just because the illegals are of similar broad ethnicity is overt racism. I must be missing a point, because racism is out of character for you.

I am fully aware that South TX Hispanics lived for hundreds of years before Anglos and everyone else, and that most of them are US citizens. I’m actually a little concerned, for humanitarian reasons. The last time this happened to this degree was 1932, and a decade of war and fascism commenced forthwith. That’s REAL fascism there, not just a silly name a bunch of patchouli-smelling hipsters in black hoodies fling at Trump supporters.

Since we swung less to the Left, the counterswing to the Right will be less extreme. Hopefully, wiser minds will prevail to take some of the hate out of the system and we can settle down to rocking the world economy!

Having studied in Germany and taken classes there in Nazi liturature and history, I can see that a lot of the same ridiculous overreach by the left was a unifying and motivating factor for the right back then kinda like it is now.

If you want a far right movement, best way to create it is by forcibly imposing far left policies with overt contempt for the traditions or territorial integrity of a country.
