A Muslim Europe and a Muslim North Africa means the Med and thus the Atlantic can be entirely closed to Israel, and the Med is really the only guaranteed connection between Israel and the World. Eliat is easily blockaded or mined from Sinai or the Saudi Coast, and then the entire Red Sea.
