Trump became President today, the WH talked about Saipov as an "Enemy Combatant" that should go to Gitmo.
Let's watch the Dems argue against this. "Well, yeah, he killed 8 people in NYC and wasn't a citizen ... but still... we gotta be sensitive to cultural differences and extend extra protections to terrorist Killers by having an ordinary trial despite his obvious allegiance to a foreign terror group that US forces are actively engaged in military action against."

“A suspect is in custody Tuesday after mowing down pedestrians in lower Manhattan, killing at least six, according to early accounts.
