Maybe cut back on military spending. Or take over North Korea and sell it to Exxon, Massey Energy and Rio Tinto.

Ain't gonna happen. Making America Great Again involves spending everything we earn and borrow on the newest gold-plated toilet seats for generals, or paying $400/gallon for gas in Afghanistan.
