Gentle Reader,

I've never been enamored of the cable news idiots. MSNBC, FOX, and CNN all have their transparent agendas. Note: FOX IS THE WORST. Demonstrably so.

So, I want to warn everyone: If we do not get politicians who can craft effective legislation that deals with problems and initiates forward motion for our nation, then we are in for a long, grim, dark future.

In my world, the first items I would like to see addressed are: a good, restructuring of the healthcare law, 2) infrastructure repair and development, 3) global warming, and 4) nuclear proliferation.

These would take serious effort and thoughtful, adult consideration.

Please let's never again get a politician who wants to govern from "Principles without compromise." I've seen this in Louisiana with Jindal. It was a disaster. There are other examples of this stupidity.

I'm sorry, but we are going to be required to compromise. Give a little and take a little and actually work on our problems.
