Murder requires intent. From calling 911 to taking the time to ask Martin what he was doing in the neighborhood, it's clear there was no intent to kill.

Otherwise he would have just shot him to start with.

The truth is Martin was a home robber and a drug user and clearly on the way down, THC in his bloodstream and carrying Skittles and Cough Syrup to make "Lean", mostly his Fat Twerking Hobag Mother's fault. Which is why we need to start charging parents with criminal neglect (inc. mandatory prison time) for the actions of under 18s.

Any order from a police dispatcher is about as useless as tits on a mule, and for that matter so is advice or any non legal order from a cop.

Such orders are risk management mitigation designed to protect the law enforcement agency from civil lawsuits. They are not about protecting the citizen at all.

Now whether or not Zimmerman exercised good judgement is another matter and I don’t think you’ll find anyone that thinks he did so.

For someone who puts themselves forward as such a bright individual, your understanding of the law is awfully limited.

Perhaps Martin had agreed to distribute for him and owed him money, and threatened him in some way, relative to his reputation as fake community cop ? OR perhaps Martin was taking heat for robberies and Zimmerman was afraid Martin was going to give him up if interrogated about the robberies?

Covfefe, the whole thing is moot. After dispatcher told him not to pursue. Zimmerman lost Trayvon for several minutes - by the way he didn't know he was white or black because he had his hoodie over face and hands in pockets.

4 minutes after he lost Trayvon, he got out of his truck to look around a corner, that's when he spotted Trayvon, said "What are you doing here?" and Trayvon ran up and smashed him with a piece of concrete he "just happened" to then be carrying.

Martin is taking a lot of big jet flight simulator courses. Usually involving flying over NYC.
