MY question is this. When Zimmerman decided to go against what he was told by the dispatcher, to follow and or confront Martin what was his plan ? Since he was armed, what did he think would happen if a problem arose, and why did he think it was his place to do that ?
I'm not arguing that Zimmerman should be retried or that he should be in prison. I'm just saying that his story seems highly unlikely to me. And I don't believe it. I think he basically got away with murder.
Perhaps Martin had agreed to distribute for him and owed him money, and threatened him in some way, relative to his reputation as fake community cop ? OR perhaps Martin was taking heat for robberies and Zimmerman was afraid Martin was going to give him up if interrogated about the robberies?
Why are you still arguing the point that the police dispatcher told Zimmerman not to do something?
