You do know that 12 million people out of 330 million, a whopping 3% of the population, is insured through obamacare don't you? In 2016 the ACA cost 110 billion out of a 4 trillion dollar budget, again a whopping 3%. It's not an end of civilization as we know it issue.

The real question is why trump and the right are so fixated on such a small part of the population and government when there are so many larger and more consequential issues.
