Most modern country is pop. And not very good at that. So it’s pretty wonderful to hear someone write music truer to country’s roots, or at least good derivative southern rock(hence Blackberry Smoke). Even better when the singer is good and so is the song.

Understanding of this video requires quite a knowledge of German history from 16 AD to today, and some knowledge of language. They only show the bad bits of history. Black woman symbolizes Germania, which pisses off idiot right. Left dislikes concentration camp scenes (I have no idea why?).
So this is something performed in German for Americans to get off on?
