In a move that does not bode well for the active marijuana legalization community, Senator Elizabeth Warren was apparently ignored when she tried to inquire to the newly-appointed Health Secretary about the efficacy of marijuana as a medical treatment. The new Head of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Tom Price was sworn into office this morning. Apparently, in a list of many questions posed by sitting Senators to the nominee Price, Senator Warren’s question concerning medical cannabis and the possibility of rescheduling the drug from Schedule 1 was completely ignored by the nominee. At some point, the states that already have recreational MJ will pressure federal government to encourage other states to work harder "to carry their own weight"

States that are able to get the bill through legislature to vote in both houses will eventually get it (recreational mj)
